Email Autoresponders

An email autoresponder will work for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will automatically send out emails and follow ups to your prospects and subscibers as many times as you want.

An autoresponder can also be set up to send out your newsletters, as well as email tips, lessons and courses automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. They can also be used to send instant email broadcasts to your entire subscriber list or customer base.

Autoresponders can either be bought as web server software (you then own the license for that software - normally no monthly fees) that you set up and run within your own web space. However, your hosting provider must allow the sending of many - possibly hundreds of emails at once, or you can use a remote autoresponder service. A remote service runs on the service provider's own servers and you will normally pay a monthly fee for this.

An autoresponder is an essential marketing tool. You simply cannot afford to be without one!

Please note that these autoresponders are not the same as the "out of office" type email Auto Reply messages that you get with standard email.
